Borrar tu cuenta de Raquelo

Puedes borrarla tú mismo desde la app, en cualquier momento. Si no puedes entrar, escríbenos y la borramos nosotros.

Desde la app

  1. Abre Perfil y toca el engranaje de Ajustes de perfil.
  2. Baja hasta el final y toca Eliminar cuenta.
  3. Escribe ELIMINAR para confirmar.

Sin entrar en la app

Escribe a support@raquelo.com desde el correo con el que te registraste, pidiendo que borremos tu cuenta. La borramos en un plazo máximo de 30 días y te avisamos cuando esté hecho.

Qué se borra

Tu perfil y todo lo que cuelga de él: tu nombre, tu correo, tu foto, tus respuestas del cuestionario, tus retos, tus bloqueos, tus denuncias, tu idioma y la dirección de avisos de tu móvil.

Qué queda

De los partidos que jugaste queda lo justo para que el historial y el ELO de los demás jugadores sigan siendo ciertos: el resultado y las fechas, con tu sitio ocupado por «Jugador eliminado». Nada de eso te identifica.

Si administrabas un grupo, el grupo pasa a otra persona de dentro.

Du kannst es jederzeit selbst in der App löschen. Wenn du nicht mehr hineinkommst, schreib uns, und wir löschen es für dich.

In der App

  1. Öffne Profil und tippe auf das Zahnrad Profileinstellungen.
  2. Scrolle ganz nach unten und tippe auf Konto löschen.
  3. Tippe ELIMINAR zur Bestätigung.

Ohne die App

Schreib an support@raquelo.com von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast, und bitte uns, dein Konto zu löschen. Wir löschen es innerhalb von höchstens 30 Tagen und sagen dir Bescheid, wenn es erledigt ist.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Profil und alles, was daran hängt: dein Name, deine E-Mail-Adresse, dein Foto, deine Antworten im Fragebogen, deine Herausforderungen, deine Blockierungen, deine Meldungen, deine Sprache und die Benachrichtigungsadresse deines Handys.

Was bleibt

Von deinen Spielen bleibt nur, was nötig ist, damit Verlauf und ELO der anderen Spieler stimmen: das Ergebnis und die Daten, an deiner Stelle steht «Gelöschter Spieler». Nichts davon identifiziert dich.

Wenn du eine Gruppe verwaltet hast, geht sie an eine andere Person aus der Gruppe über.

Delete your Raquelo account

You can delete it yourself from the app, at any time. If you can't sign in, write to us and we'll delete it for you.

From the app

  1. Open Profile and tap the gear icon, Profile settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Type ELIMINAR to confirm.

Without the app

Write to support@raquelo.com from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days at most and let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your profile and everything attached to it: your name, your email, your photo, your questionnaire answers, your challenges, your blocks, your reports, your language and your phone's notification address.

What stays

From the matches you played, only what's needed for other players' history and ELO to stay true: the result and the dates, with your place shown as "Deleted player". None of it identifies you.

If you ran a group, it passes to someone else in it.
